Basic policy on information security

Stack Forward, LLC (hereinafter referred to as 'Our company/We') is committed to company-wide information security based on the following policy in order to protect our customers' information and other information assets from accidents, disasters, crimes, and other threats, and to live up to the trust of our customers and society.

2. Basic policy

• We shall strive to improve and enhance information security systematically and continuously under the leadership of management.
• To maintain and improve our information security, we have established formal internal rules for information security measures.
• Our employees shall acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security to ensure our commitment to information security.
• We comply with laws, regulations, codes, and contractual obligations related to information security, and meet the expectations of our customers.
• In the event of a violation of laws and regulations, a breach of contract, or an accident related to information security, we will take appropriate action to prevent recurrence.
